We were quite happy with you and your crew when they were on site here, and the system has performed flawlessly. The two floor units heat our whole house evenly and comfortably, mixing the air well without it feeling drafty...The added electricity cost for heat and hot water (and occasional cooling) over the past year was less than half what we had been spending on oil.
